Ok, so we are going to begin by looking at some of the exercise equipment that is available out there in TV land. One thing is for sure…there is no shortage of it. I can’t sit through a single TV program without seeing an advertisement for some new equipment. Time to see if we can figure out what some of these as seen on TV items really do.
We are going to start by taking a look at the 6 minute abs program (also known as six minute abs). I started my research on this little product by going out and running some queries on Google to see what kind of information they had. Honestly, this little piece of equipment has kind of intrigued me. Such a small piece of equipment and it promises big results. I went out and looked at big sites like walmart.com and the majority of reviews I found were favorable. I know that customer reviews will vary based on anticipated results, but for the most part, the people that bought it and used it as a part of a complete workout/weight loss plan saw results. Like anything, it will take effort, but the majority of the reviews I read were from people that were happy with the equipment. One of the other big advantages that 6 minute abs has over the competition is price. You will pay considerably less for 6minuteab equipment than you will for an entire home gym.
