As Seen on TV Exercise Equipment – Overview:
Everybody wants to have a slim waste (or most of us anyway). Body by Jake has put out lots of different exercise machines, and today’s post is going to take a look at the Ab Scissor (one of his creations). More info on this product can be found at the bottom of this article. Again, if you visit this site it provides you with lots of customer testimonials regarding the effectiveness of this product, and all of the people on the site are complete success stories (as we would expect).

As Seen on TV Exercise Equipment – Product overview:
The Ab Scissor does take a different approach than most other ab exercise machines in that you begin your regimen sitting up. The primary benefit of this is that you do not have to spend a great deal of time getting up and down off of the floor. For those of us that are older, this helps to reduce some of the strain that is placed on joints when getting ready to start or complete the exercise. The claims of the site are that it utilizes some patented technology that allows the user to perfectly isolate the muscle groups that they desire to work. I don’t know about all of that, but from watching the video I can see how it would provide a decent workout to your mid-section and sides…especially if you put a lot of reps in. The site says that you can make your fitness dreams come true in four minutes a day. I think if I was serious about attaining a specific fitness goal I would probably devote a little more than 4 minutes a day to it.

As Seen on TV Exercise Equipment – Turin’s Review:
Over all, the ab exercise machine does look like it would be beneficial to those who use it faithfully. This is one of those pieces of equipment that you would need to continue to utilize to gain the maximum benefit out of it. Remember, this machine is not going to turn you into some hard-bodied stud…but it may enable you to regain some of the abdominal strength you used to have.

Cheers and good luck on your exercise goals!
