As Seen on TV Exercise Equipment – Overview:
Today we are going to discuss a workout system as opposed to a piece of equipment. While The FIRM site does offer multiple exercise equipment products at their site, today we are going to talk primarily about the program itself, and The FIRM DVD they use to share their workout system with the rest of the world.

The official FIRM site provides a glimpse into the history of the company. It seems the FIRM workout was birthed in a studio in South Carolina. The initial system, much like the one being marketed today, focused on using cardio and weight training to help provide a balanced workout that would provide participants with the right amount of activity and resistance to help them achieve maximum results from the program. They dubbed their cardio/body sculpting fitness hybrid “Synergy Training”. Whatever they have chosen to call it, lots of people like and are huge fans of the system.

As Seen on TV Exercise Equipment – Product overview:
As with any other type of workout, you are going to have people who love it, and people who hate it. This product is no different. After having read multiple reviews, it appears that those people who were really happy with the system (4 or 5 stars) were folks that were already in pretty good shape, familiar with STEP aerobics, and just looking for another program to diversify their workout regimen. Conversely, those folks who were just starting out and looking for a way to get their feet wet in the fitness world were overwhelmed by the program. They complained that it moved too fast, and did not provide a good explanation of the moves or techniques.

As Seen on TV Exercise Equipment – Turin’s Review:
This is what Turin thinks, any time you are purchasing an exercise program or equipment that you have seen on exercise TV, you need to be aware of the fact that it will probably not be as easy for you as it is for the professional athletes on TV. As seen on TV exercise equipment and workouts can be a great way to kick up your workout a notch or two, but you have to remember to have realistic expectations. The FIRM DVD and the FIRM workout is just another product that may work for you. You won’t know till you try. However, if you are not a hardcore workout fanatic, you may want to see if you can pick the FIRM DVD up off of eBay or Amazon on the cheap. That way if you can’t keep up…at least you won’t be out a hundred dollars

Cheers and good luck on your exercise goals!
